Customer Support Specialist

Your responsibilities

1. First point of contact for customers (via mail and phone)

2. Order entry, managing and monitoring all orders for customers

3. Providing high level of customer service, with daily follow ups and clear communication with customers

4. Communication and coordination between sales reps, customers, supply and factory, pricing

5. Taking responsibility for invoice processing, amending invoices, issuing credit and debit notes, handling non-technical complains

6. Monitor delivery process, coordinate deliveries with warehouse and transport company

7. Monitor stock situation- cooperation with supply and factory

Our requirements

• Fluent English and Danish is a must

• 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in international environment across cultures

• Quick learner with competence to resolve queries

• Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset

• Previous customer service experience will be considered an asset
