To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated individual as a Customer Service & Replenishment Planner (M/W/D) in Weingarten.

Main Responsibilities

A varied and responsible area of work in the field of customer service and material replenishment, which includes close cooperation with internal interfaces and customers:

• Active care of a defined customer circle as well as correct order recording and processing (manually or via EDI)
• Ensuring promised delivery dates in coordination with the supply chain and shipping
• Stock and order monitoring including weekly order status check
• Analysis of customer forecasts and coordination with sales and supply chain in case of deviations
• Communication of unplanned MTS, MTO, and ATO orders to the supply chain
• Creation of batches and labels for EasyMix orders
• Processing of complaints, returns, and consignment warehouses
• Maintenance of customer master data as well as close cooperation with account management and TSR
• Compliance with all PPG guidelines

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Good English skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office; experience in Oracle OPM R12 is an advantage
• Strong team and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, structured, and reliable working method
