Posti Logistics Staffing is one of the legs in Posti and we focus on staffing. Our operations closely collaborate with our 3PL operations within the group and since 2020 we are part of the Finnish Posti. Our affiliation with the Posti Group gives us a stable foundation and opportunities to offer innovative solutions to our customers.
As an Account Manager at Posti Logistics Staffing, you will drive the entire sales process independently – from prospecting to completed deal. You work towards clear goals and a set budget. You become the contract responsible for new customers and are also responsible for upselling to existing customers. The role has a strong focus on proactive sales, where you actively identify and build relationships with new customers. We seek someone who has a strong drive, thrives on making first contacts, and has a natural ability to build trust.
The role involves daily contact with decision-makers at various levels and close collaboration with our consultant managers to ensure the highest possible delivery and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work as a salesperson focused on attracting new customers and developing long-term business relationships. Your main tools will be the phone, computer, and your communicative abilities. You will also have close cooperation with our other business areas to jointly create the best possible solutions for our potential customers.
