Job Description
Polygon Technology Limited is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support our project management and product delivery teams. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about organization, communication, and technology-driven project execution. The right candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and Clients to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple ongoing projects across different departments.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, requirement lists, progress trackers, and delivery checklists.
- Task Management: Update task boards (e.g., Trello, Jira, or ClickUp), follow up with team members on deadlines, and ensure all updates are properly logged.
- Communication Support: Act as a bridge between teams—ensuring clear communication between design, development, and management units.
- Client Meeting Assistance: Attend client calls (when required), take structured notes, and prepare follow-up reports and action summaries.
- Progress Monitoring: Help track milestones, report bottlenecks, and highlight risks or delays to the Project Manager.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve team workflow efficiency, communication, and project tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or ongoing) in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management, coordination, or software development lifecycle.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Trello, Notion, Jira, or ClickUp is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic tech company.
