At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. We are all united in delivering the best experience for our customers. We work together each day to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all of our employees feel respected, valued and have an opportunity to contribute to the company's success. As an Account Manager I within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in Irvine CA or Los Angeles CA or San Diego CA or Denver CO or Phoenix AZ.

The Account Manager I – Treasury Management provides sales, administrative, and client-facing support to Regional Treasury Management Real Estate (TMRE) teams. This role partners closely with Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) to support their client and prospect relationships by actively preparing for client engagements, developing and presenting client-ready materials, participating in meetings and calls as appropriate, and managing follow-up to ensure commitments are met. The Account Manager serves as an extension of the TMO in client interactions, helping deliver consistent, professional client experience while allowing TMOs to remain focused on relationship management and revenue generation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools is essential, as this role is responsible for creating presentations, reports, and tracking tools used directly in client discussions and sales execution. While prior commercial real estate experience is helpful, it is not required. The ability to quickly learn and understand the CRE industry and treasury solutions is critical to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support TMOs in managing client and prospect relationships through preparation of client-facing materials, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Assist with client and prospect meetings by preparing presentations, proposals, pro formas, and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate in a support capacity, reinforcing the TMO's objectives and messaging.
  • Track action items and next steps following client engagements to support timely execution and responsiveness.
  • Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to Regional TMRE teams with a focus on revenue enablement.
  • Support pipeline management through data entry, updates, and reporting in EDGE.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and annual Treasury Reviews for client and prospect discussions.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports on pipeline, revenue, and calling activity to support sales execution.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, models, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and visibility of performance.
  • Partner with internal Treasury Management teams including Product, Service, and Implementations to support active opportunities and client needs.
  • Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and timelines to ensure alignment across teams and client commitments are met.
  • Help identify and escalate issues internally so TMOs can remain focused on client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop insights, reporting, and materials that help TMOs identify opportunities to grow and expand client relationships.
  • Support sales leaders and TMOs with execution of revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Enable a consistent, high-quality client experience through timely and accurate delivery of materials, data, and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, reporting, and follow-through.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including creation of polished, client-ready presentations and reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience such as EDGE strongly preferred.
  • Comfort supporting client interactions and collaborating closely with sales officers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal partners and clients.
  • Exposure to commercial real estate and treasury solutions is a plus, but not required; ability to learn and understand the industry is critical to success.
