Playtech's land-based gaming unit Neon is looking for a talented Implementation Specialist to support the successful onboarding of licensees using our Neon product suite. You'll lead operational readiness, configuration, advisory, and adoption efforts, while feeding real-world insights back into product development.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Act as the operational lead during licensee onboarding and upgrade initiatives
• Partner with implementation teams to deliver solutions efficiently on-site whilst ensuring operational readiness
• Lead UAT efforts for new business implementations and existing business upgrades
• Act as a trusted expert in Neon product solutions and how they solve operational use cases
• Analyse licensee operations and configure systems to meet business needs
• Advise on best-fit configurations and optimal platform usage
• Deliver best-practice advice, conduct workshops, and support go-lives
• Provide frontline issue resolution and operational workarounds
• Act as a subject matter expert in land-based casino operations
• Represent operational needs during product design, scoping, and validation
• Surface field intelligence and recurring friction points to Product Management and Customer Success teams
• Support the Service Desk with escalated operational issues

Qualifications

Components for success. You have...

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the gaming industry
• Strong knowledge of land-based casino operations
• Solid understanding of software systems and operational workflows
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• A professional, adaptable, and confident approach in high-pressure environments
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in gaming operations
