Account Manager For The Brazilian Market

Playson, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions, is seeking an Account Manager for the Brazilian Market.

As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our gaming portfolio.

To succeed in the advertised role, you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B account management experience within the iGaming sector for a slot provider
  • Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and English language is essential, Fluency in Spanish, would be advantageous.
  • Native from LATAM markets (BR, COL, PER)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
  • Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively
  • Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Able to travel and attend events

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
  • Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimizing their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
  • Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
  • Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times
