Technical Support Specialist

Support customers with technical and specialized support teams and two other teams that provide efficient assistance!

Specific job duties include:

• Investigating, confirming, and managing inquiries (mainly via chat, phone, and email)
• Analyzing problems to prevent recurrence
• Creating and publishing technical FAQs
• Escalating to the development department when necessary
• Handling installation and license authentication issues, server deployment and operational technical support (mainly for Windows, but knowledge of Linux is a plus)

Large customer promotion support specialist

• Coordinating all received inquiries and ensuring that important inquiries are handled smoothly
• Analyzing inquiry content and error trends to provide various technical suggestions for improvement to customers and the account team

Global Product Support Team

Eligible Candidates

Candidates with support experience for Autodesk products or equivalent products in related fields

Candidates who can support any of the following products:

• AutoCAD, Fusion360, BIM360, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), ShotGrid (formerly Shotgun), Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks
• Experience in handling installation and license authentication issues

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of PC, network, system security, and cloud
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Oral and written communication skills
• Basic English reading skills
• Experience in incident management or customer service
• Proactive attitude
