Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Barcelona to support Autodesk customers with Enterprise Business Agreements (EBA). In this role, you'll play a key part in helping our customers achieve long-term success by driving adoption and aligning Autodesk's solutions with their business goals.

As the main point of contact for Autodesk within EBA accounts, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) manages the post-sale relationship, ensures a smooth onboarding, and coordinates support efforts to maximize the value our customers receive from Autodesk solutions.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate adoption of Autodesk solutions by prioritizing high-impact projects with measurable ROI
- Define success metrics and build alignment across customer organizations
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for a portfolio of named EBA accounts to drive broad adoption
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to solve customer challenges using Autodesk and 3rd-party solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor by sharing insights, listening deeply, and aligning Autodesk capabilities to customer needs
- Create and maintain key account documentation such as business reviews, proposals, and strategic recommendations
- Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at all levels, from end users to executives
- Own post-sale account strategy and partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to support account growth
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
- Strong empathy, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to see customers succeed
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed expectations
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
- Skilled at influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Solid understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue/subscription models
- Strong financial and analytical skills with a process-oriented approach
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Fluent in English and additional European language
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
