We're looking for a customer-focused team member to support organizations in the Design and Manufacturing (D&M) industry, helping them unlock the full potential of Autodesk solutions such as Fusion 360, Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
You will be part of the EMEA Scaled Customer Success Team, supporting customers through the Onboarding and Adoption stages of the customer lifecycle. Your goal is to help product design and manufacturing companies achieve business success through digital transformation, automation, and innovative workflows such as generative design, smart manufacturing, and additive manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers through outbound calls, emails
- Guide customers through effective onboarding and adoption strategies tailored to D&M workflows, driving value realization from tools like Fusion 360, Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault
- Proactively engage with Design & Manufacturing customers through outbound calls, emails, and meetings, leveraging industry-specific knowledge in CAD, CAM, PLM, and digital prototyping
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations from IT administrators and engineering managers to C-level executives and innovation leads
- Establish and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to increase customer value. Monitor customer usage data and other health indicators, and translate these into a customer success engagement approach to increase Autodesk product usage and adoption
- Identify and engage with at-risk accounts using strong discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risk and realign them to success
- Uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying customer needs aligned with Autodesk's manufacturing solutions, including simulation, CNC machining, and digital factory workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and other Autodesk stakeholders to drive customer milestones
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in English and German
- 0-2 years relevant experience or education in the Design & Manufacturing Industry or similar fields
- Understanding of Industry Workflows and how CAD solutions impact Businesses Strong communication skills such as relationship building, interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, influencing and negotiating, objection handling and storytelling
- Proficiency or familiarity in the following skills: time management, account management, business acumen, problem solving, data analytics, strategic thinking, and planning
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- AI savviness is a plus
- Experience working in diverse teams and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace
