Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process membership applications, payments, and cancellations efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
• Promote gym services, programs, and memberships to potential customers.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing class registrations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.20 per hour
