Your Mission

  • Contract of indefinite duration for the Customer Service department, member of the local team of Operations (Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service).
  • Regular communication with sellers, customers, and distribution center (3PL), managing sales orders and entering them into the local ERP system.
  • Management of any distribution problems, solving and supervision to ensure a high Service Level.
  • Registration of data and maintenance of master data (point of sales info, product info).
  • Registration of commercial policies in the system (discounts, promotional actions), ensuring the implementation of promotional campaigns.
  • Application of Global Operations procedures to achieve group targets and KPIs, maintaining various reports (Orders volume, Service Level, Stock reports, Claim rate).

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of Higher Education Institutions/Technical Education Institutions in Economics, Business Administration, or Logistics.
  • Good handling of IT and MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Very good English level. Knowledge of French is a competitive advantage.
