Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in technical account management, sales engineering, or project coordination, preferably in low-voltage, security, telecom, or building technology.
Experience: Experience managing multi-site or multi-region accounts in technical or service environments.
Proficiency: Proficiency with Bluebeam and construction takeoffs (required).
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of access control, camera systems, intercoms, and networking.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills.
Ability: Demonstrated ability to handle both reactive support and proactive account planning.
Willingness: Willingness to travel as needed for on-site coordination or reviews.
