Account Manager – Ultrasound Cardiology

Your role:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic account plans for complex hospital and healthcare accounts, with a focus on cardiology ultrasound.
  • Leverage your clinical expertise to engage with sonographers, cardiologists, and department leaders, speaking their language and understanding their daily challenges.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and aligning our solutions to their strategic objectives.
  • Lead the creation of tailored solutions, working closely with cross-functional and global teams to meet customer needs and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to spot new opportunities, feeding these into strategic plans and CRM systems for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, always upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, sharing your expertise to help the team grow and succeed.

You're the right fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Have clinical experience in cardiology ultrasound (e.g., as a sonographer, echocardiographer, or cardiology clinician) and are eager to move into or further develop in a sales role.
  • Have 2–5 years' experience in healthcare sales or a strong motivation to grow into a commercial role, bringing your clinical expertise as a differentiator.
  • Have experience working with public tenders – this is a plus.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are an advantage.
  • Are open to travel within the Stockholm area and hold a valid driver's license.

In this hybrid role, you'll work both remotely and in the field across the Stockholm area, meeting customers face-to-face.
