Account Manager Ultrasons - Occitanie

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing client relationships and selling specialized medical solutions, demonstrating your commercial qualities in a dynamic sector where your personal investment and relationship with your clients have a real impact on the quality of care provided to patients in the field of ultrasounds.

Your main duties include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, cardiology centers, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs for cardiac imaging solutions.
  • Presenting and selling echocardiography devices and ultrasound imaging solutions, highlighting the clinical and technological benefits of the products.
  • Providing technical support on cardiac ultrasound products, training healthcare professionals on the optimal use of devices, and answering their questions.
  • Identifying and prospecting new clients and sales opportunities in the cardiology sector.
  • Collaborating with medical teams to understand the specific needs of practitioners in terms of diagnosis and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring after-sales support, including managing contracts, customer satisfaction, and resolving any technical issues.
  • Staying informed about the latest innovations in medical imaging and developments in the field of cardiology to better advise clients.

You are part of the sales team responsible for developing ultrasound equipment sales in France.

You work closely with application engineers, project managers, solution architects, and service sales teams in your region.

Position based in the Occitanie region (ideally near Montpellier). Many travel assignments are expected in this area.

Your strengths to succeed in this role:

  • Higher education in sales or biomedical fields.
  • ~5 years of experience in selling medical imaging equipment (ultrasound experience is an asset but not mandatory).
  • Leadership, strategic vision, team spirit, and autonomy.
  • Negotiation skills, excellent client relations, and a spirit of conquest.
  • Strong customer orientation and results, empathy, responsiveness, and analytical skills.
  • Good level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Manual driving license B.
