Ensures full compliance with Philips' business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest levels of business integrity and conduct, which safeguards the company's reputation. Leads the execution of advanced commercial plans, including innovative distribution and promotional strategies, to optimize market penetration and sales performance, driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion. Delivers persuasive and informative presentations to senior customer audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions to support high-impact sales activities. Monitors and assesses the performance of sales initiatives, implementing data-driven improvements to enhance customer interactions, satisfaction, and overall sales outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent. No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent. Proven Track Record of Sales Delivery against Targets in Medical Devices Market. Sales Acumen, Business Development, Market Research & Analysis, Commercial Acumen, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Account Strategies, Continuous Improvement, Stakeholder Management, KPI Monitoring and Reporting, Developing Proposals, Sales Forecasting.
