Your 'day to day':

In this Senior Manager role, you will focus on leading a team that ensures service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational alignment with governance and reporting standards for the organization.

You will also serve as governing authority (SMO Lead) for service delivery, ensuring services are managed effectively across multiple teams within the platform and or region.

Who we're looking for:

• In addition to a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a similar field, we do need ITIL certification for the person hired into this role. Additionally, we hope for certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• To add the typical quantifiers, we need someone with 8+ years of experience in IT service management, with 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing service teams. You should have strong experience in orchestrating complex service management operations and driving improvements.
• Since this role will manage managers and team members, we want strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on service quality and process improvement.
• We cannot provide sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship for this role, regardless of qualifications, but are able to offer relocation assistance for a successful candidate.
