Job Summary: The International Account Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding UPS's international services through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-based selling. This role collaborates with Business Development and Customer Success Managers and Directors, Customer Solutions, and other internal teams to develop account strategies, analyze market trends, and position UPS solutions competitively. The position requires strong business acumen, logistics expertise, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Conduct compelling presentations to showcase UPS solutions and value propositions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support customs compliance regulations through brokerage collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B sales and new business acquisition.
• Strong understanding of logistics and international shipping processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates broad understanding of business requirements and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel.
