The Role: Big-Picture Thinking, Real-World Impact

This role is all about bridging strategy with execution. You'll connect high-level capability strategies to real market needs, positioning Slalom as a thought leader and trusted partner. In this role, you'll be leading a go-to-market team and shaping both our business and our clients' success for the PA Metro area.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Bring Slalom's big-picture strategy down to the local level-tailoring it to the market, client portfolio, and regional needs.
  • Share insights around different disciplines within CX and position yourself (and Slalom) as the go-to expert.
  • Lead Slalom-hosted events and collaborate with partners to keep the conversation going.

Business Development & Sales

  • Partner with sales and industry teams to spot opportunities and turn ideas into action.
  • Act as a trusted advisor-helping clients see what's possible and guiding them to solutions that make an impact.
  • Play a key role in pitches, proposals, and strategic sales conversations.

Talent & Team Growth Culture!
