Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading financial services organization on a contract basis. This role is located in the Greater Philadelphia Region and involves providing exceptional administrative and client support to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in operational, administrative, or client service roles.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using SmartOffice, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent follow-through to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of proficiency in data management and analysis.
