EVP Level Departmental Posting

Contacts customers and prospects within a defined geographic territory or on an account basis to sell FedEx international air, ground and freight services. Focuses on personal sales targets by leveraging face-to-face customer interaction to find opportunities, submit pricing, onboard business and grow and maintain customer relationships. Accounts may have complex customer supply chain needs that require research within various FedEx systems to achieve resolution. Engage with customers on self-service resources and provide customer resolution as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
  • Three (3) years commercial or industrial sales experience OR at least One (1) year of FedEx sales experience.
  • Ability to organize large amounts of information and establish priorities.
  • Demonstrated territory management skillset - ability to find, get, and keep business.
  • Strong human relations, communications and negotiation skills.
  • Overnight travel may be required.

  • Self-Starter, leverage solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working with multiple Teams and resources across the Organization.
  • Passionate about learning and understanding processes. Curious about the world around you.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • This is a Field Sales role requiring face-to-face sales activity as well as digital communication (telephone, email, zoom, etc.) techniques.

Domicile: This position spans Naperville, Downers Grove, Aurora and more in the Chicagoland area. This position may be domiciled in Chicago, IL to surrounding suburbs within 60 miles of the Territory.

Relocation: Relocation assistance may be provided based on business need.
