Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with Windows desktop PCs.
Summary: Performs Help Desk responsibilities during daylight and non-daylight hours by performing telephone-based problem diagnosis for problem diagnosis and issue escalation to higher levels of support. Works and rotates all shifts as needed to meet organizational needs.
