Description Overview

Within the CSI (Commercial Strategy & Implementation) teams, you play a role as a true interface between sales and marketing and contribute to the construction of the commercial strategy and thus to the achievement of the growth objectives of the Perrigo laboratory. This, on a portfolio on one of our leading brands and with all our customers - Pharmacy, Parapharmacy, Retail, and E-Commerce..

Scope of the Role

Your role is to ensure the fundamentals of sales on the different channels, namely: Distribution, Visibility (Execution & Merchandising), Recommendation (Training), Price, Promotion, etc.

You will be responsible for the analysis, reflection, and implementation of the commercialization plans of your portfolio of brands. For this, you will be required to work in collaboration with Marketing on the creation of brand strategies, and with the KAM team and the Sales Force on the negotiation and execution with our customers.

In this context, your missions will be to:

  • Participate in the development of commercialization strategies: • Construction of the Selling Story and definition of the DVR (Distribution, Visibility, Recommendation) strategy • Construction of commercial conditions • Elaboration of assortment recommendations and promotional plans by channel and according to the Pricing strategy • Construction of the activation & visibility strategy at the point of sale as well as the merchandising strategy and development of the tools and the category strategy • Monitoring of the budget, P&L, forecast, and S&OP process • Analysis of Sell In / Sell out and performance
  • Decline the strategy for Large Account clients, in collaboration with the KAM: • Assortment / Promotion / Merchandising recommendation according to the client • Development and presentation of our brand plans and innovation reviews • Co-construction and aid in negotiation
  • Elaborate the Sales Force roadmap: through the construction of sales aids, planning, and priorities

Experience Required

Graduate from a higher education type BAC+5 in business school/marketing, you have solid professional experience of at least 7 years in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or client management (KAM) functions. Field commercial experience is highly appreciated.

With an excellent sense of team collaboration and good interpersonal skills, you have strong influencing and negotiating abilities.

Always proactive, you are committed to developing a spirit of partnership internally and externally in order to bring a strategic reflection and a long-term vision.

Evolving in an international context, a current level of English is required for this position.
