Customer Support Representative (Temporary Role)

For our Customer Support Team, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative in our office in Paris (Rungis). This is a temporary position with an expected duration of approximately 9 months.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries, including claims, returns, warranty cases, and order tracking,
  • Process and oversee orders from receipt to delivery,
  • Issue quotes, invoices, and collect payments,
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely, accurate information,
  • Perform administrative tasks in line with EMEA Customer Support guidelines,
  • Support sales activities, process improvements, and system implementations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant educational backgrounds
  • +1 years of experience from a similar position; Medtech industry experience is meriting,
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and ability to manage information across multiple systems,
  • Passion for customers and delivering outstanding customer service,
  • Ability to show empathy and use positive language,
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work in a complex and international environment with various stakeholders,
  • Good IT-skills; experience from D365 would be an advantage,
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages besides local language would be an advantage
