Join PepsiCo as Key Account Manager for Organized Trade Channel, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for both International and Local Accounts within your assigned categories. Working closely with the Unit Manager, you will recommend and implement action plans to achieve volume and profit targets as defined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of customer strategies and tactical plans to drive volume, revenue, and share growth across assigned International & Local Accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements through the National Distributor KAM, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals.
  • Prepare and manage accurate forecasts and budgets, ensuring compliance and alignment with PepsiCo's commercial objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships with the National Distributor KAM, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of joint business plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate account performance monthly, identifying opportunities and resolving issues to optimize results.
  • Develop and implement promotional, pricing, and merchandising plans in coordination with Trade Marketing and align with customer needs.
  • Ensure fast and effective market penetration of new product developments (NPDs) and package innovations.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to support account initiatives and ensure high-quality execution in the field.
  • Maintain up-to-date account documentation, including monthly reports, agreement tracking, and store-level compliance checks.
  • Support local implementation of international agreements, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets.

Qualifications

  • University graduated
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office applications
  • Min. 5 years experience in Sales Organized Trade (preferably FMCG)
  • Excellent communication
  • Solid knowledge of business environment
  • Solid negotiation skills and analytical skills
