We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Away from Home) to join our Sales team based in Istanbul. PepsiCo is an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities

Responsible for developing sales strategies and building relationships with businesses, institutions, and other non-retail customers to drive sales and service agreements and increase market share in the away from home channel. Maintains relationships with key customers, such as restaurants, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, and other non-retail establishments. Develops and implements sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets in the away from home channel. Monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the Away from Home Sales area, applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise. Coordinates efforts to engage with non-retail customers to effectively promote products while adhering to established sales processes.

  • Contributes strategic sales plans to meet targets within the away from home channel.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants and healthcare facilities.
  • Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Assists team members in executing standard tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Contributes to initiatives that enhance market presence and drive growth.
  • Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Working with customers or consumers to identify needs and deliver winning solutions
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience
  • Develop collaborative customer relationships
  • Minimum 3 years Key Account management and/or field experience
  • Business Development, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales Management, Customer Experience Management, Service-Driven mindset
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • University degree
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong selling skills
  • Professionalism, dependability and desire for challenge
  • Solid pragmatic thinking, problem solving, strategic thinking, collaboration, organization and negotiation skills
