CS And Co-Manufacturing Manager

The CS and Co-Manufacturing Manager role leads end-to-end customer service and co-manufacturing operations for Quaker and GMD, ensuring product availability, on-time delivery, and high service levels. It drives process improvements, manages production, sourcing, logistics, and compliance, while collaborating on integrated planning and maintaining strong financial risk management.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead Customer Service E2E operation
  • Establish good customer relationship management
  • Co-Lead IBP process in demand management forum representing supply chain
  • Lead Co-Manufacturing E2E process excellence
  • Drive process excellence in respective areas
  • Support business in new products developments
  • Drive productivity agenda
  • Data-driven customer service leader
  • Effective communicator to external parties
  • Thrive in complex demand and supply planning environment
  • Result-oriented individual with strong adherence to process control
  • Persistent in getting excellent job done within restricted time frame
  • Effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels and different organizational functions
  • Strong influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in.
  • Capable of challenging the status quo and driving alignment across the organization.
  • Highly independent, resourceful with high personal initiative/drive.

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in related field
  • Proven relevant experience in FMCG company would be preferred
  • Strong knowledge of customer facing and order management
  • Exceptional at collaboration with customer, especially: joint planning, forecasting and replenishment
  • Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning processes, reporting with sound technical supply chain fundamentals
  • Strong knowledge on logistic operation: warehouse and transportation management and productivity improvement
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven track record/experience on set-up new process, transformation and change management
  • Broad functional understanding (Sales, Finance, Purchasing) and experience working in cross-functional environment/teams
  • High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
  • Experiences in Foods and Beverages business would be advantages
