Your Impact
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree is desirable but not mandatory.
Language: High proficiency in English (fluent, written and spoken).
Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in organized retail management. Proven track record in Category Management, ideally in any CPG industry (beverages not required). Direct experience operating or managing the Modern Trade channel, ideally as a Key Account Manager. International or multi-country experience highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies: Strong soft skills to engage and influence at all levels of the organization (middle management to senior executives, across PepsiCo and bottling partners). Excellent storytelling, narrative building, and presentation capabilities. Strong ability to work effectively across a complex matrix organization, spanning multiple regions and countries. Ability to connect strategy with execution, inspiring both internal and external stakeholders.
