Through an innovative platform integrated with online commerce sites via an API, we offer our clients real-time control over their shipments and inventories. Our network of specialized carriers guarantees secure and timely deliveries, both nationally and internationally.
In a context of strong growth, we are recruiting an Account Manager responsible for the performance, satisfaction, development, and retention of an existing client portfolio.
Your objectives:
Maximize retention
Develop revenue through upsell and cross-sell
Be the strategic contact point for your clients
You are at the heart of the customer relationship and work closely with the Sales, Ops, and Product teams.
Your Missions
Onboarding & Support
- Take over from Business Developers after signing
- Lead the onboarding in conjunction with operational teams
- Ensure a smooth and rapid implementation
Follow-up & Retention
- Provide regular follow-up to your clients (calls, QBR, activity points)
- Analyze logistics performance and identify areas for optimization
- Anticipate churn risks and implement action plans
Portfolio Development
- Identify upsell opportunities (volumes, services, options) and cross-sell (transport/fulfillment)
- Build and carry forward high-value recommendations
- Negotiate and conclude contractual evolutions
Voice of the Customer & Continuous Improvement
- Relay client feedback to Product and Ops teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the offer and processes
- Contribute to the structuring of Account Management practices
Management & Reporting
- Track your KPIs (NPS, churn, expansion, revenue per client…)
- Update the CRM (Hubspot) rigorously
- Ensure smooth communication with internal teams
Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success/Business Development B2B
- Ideally in a logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or services environment
- Strong ability to manage client accounts independently
- Excellent relationship skills and service orientation
- Ability to analyze data and formulate business recommendations
- Comfortable with negotiation and commercial development
- Organization, rigor, and structured mindset
