What You'll Do

• Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
• Process customer orders, quotes, credit memos, and needed materials accurately and on time
• Set up new customer accounts, maintain detailed transaction records, and ensure account accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships of trust through clear, professional communication
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales and Accounting to resolve issues and discrepancies
• Handle and resolve customer concerns, ensuring follow-up and satisfaction
• Reconcile customer accounts and enter purchase orders with precision
• Meet individual and team service goals while following company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Excel
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven work style
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the company
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems with minimal supervision
