  • Prepare and generate customer invoices, apply payments, and manage aging reports in QuickBooks.
  • Process incoming mail and maintain organized financial records, both digitally and physically.
  • Requirements Desired Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
    • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems is essential.
    • Familiarity with sales processes and office procedures is considered a plus.
    • Strong typing skills and attention to detail are vital for effective communication and documentation.
