Customer Service Supervisor

Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Job Duties:
- Reports to Store Manager
- Supervise and train Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff to meet store needs
- Ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational goals
- Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or current high school student
Compensation and Schedule:
$12.70-13.20 hr - Sunday through Saturday - Hours part time, up to 29 hrs per week
Background check and drug screen are a condition of employment
