Customer Service Specialist

Call Center Agent Opportunity

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client hiring for call center agents for their enrollment season, on-site in Montgomery County, PA. This role will be supporting clients in a call center operation with their health insurance requirements. Applicants with strong customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound and outbound calls regarding health benefits enrollment
• Help customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Work through multiple computer programs related to customer/patient information
• Support administration and data entry duties

Qualifications:

• Customer service/call center experience
• Administrative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that could include nights and weekends

Additional Details:

• This is a contract-based role that should go through early next year with potential to convert
• Full benefits and 401K option

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Blue Bell, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
