Join at the front end for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced contact center environment. This is a full-time role onsite in Pittsburgh, PA office, offering an employee wellness program, paid time off, medical, vision and dental insurance, an onsite gym, comprehensive and ongoing paid training, and a strong company culture with career growth opportunities. Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job requirements:

• Assisting individuals and families with information and questions about DHS programs.
• Providing accurate and consistent information.
• Providing quality customer service and support.

Qualifications for the position include:

• Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
