Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls (approximately 100 per day) with professionalism and courtesy. Provide prompt and thorough customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently. Assist clients with account details, billing questions, and service requests. Accurately update client records and perform data entry using Microsoft Office and related software. Handle transactions, including occasional cash processing. Identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services to support sales initiatives. Document all interactions clearly for future reference and analysis. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills. $20/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
