Client Services Representative

Overview: Our client is looking to bring up a Client Services Representative to work through their insurance product lines and assist clients across business insurance policies such as workers comp, liability, commercial auto, and umbrella policies. They are looking for a skilled candidate to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment, and bring new ideas to the table. Responsibilities include: The Client Services Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Maintaining industry leading service standards
• Timely handling of inbound calls and emails
• Availability and dependability, being present and reliable to fulfill responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Highly focused on a total team environment

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree required, Bachelors preferred
• Customer service experience
• Current P&C License preferred but not required
• Experience in the insurance industry

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
