Be The Voice Of The Customer - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the key liaison for both internal and external customers, managing orders, providing support, and acting as the voice of the customer to meet their equipment needs. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering top-notch service.
Hours & Pay Schedule: 100% onsite during training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule
Shift: Standard business hours, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $15.00 - $21.77/hour based on experience
What You'll Do Every Day
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and urgency
- Process sales orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer information is current
- Coordinate with internal departments (Order Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Shipping) to ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on all transactions to confirm customer satisfaction
- Provide professional phone support on incoming and outgoing calls
- Meet personal and team KPIs for customer service performance
- Work independently and proactively resolve issues
- Support special projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a business environment; customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, positive demeanor
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook applications
- Close attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM
- Prior experience in order processing or customer service in a technical or equipment-focused environment
