Primary Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, responding to inquiries, and managing 100+ emails daily for 3rd party private manufacturing.
Order Management: Maintain the project calendar, set lead times, and manage the database of current orders to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
Sales Order Processing: Enter sales orders, process payments, and manage invoicing using QuickBooks.
Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with outside sales to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Provide customers with product information, availability, and quotes.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare inventory tracking and aging reports. Maintain and update the marketing material database and provide materials to clients as needed.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop project solutions and fulfill unique needs.
Key Skills & Tools:
Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat - Shipping Software (Priority 1, UPS, FedEx) - Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and product specifications - Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
