We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, experienced automotive title clerk with the ability to resolve a high volume of automotive title issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
You'll be a key player. You'll play an important part in resolving automotive title issues in all 50 states, improving our sales cycle, and working on Peddle. Your responsibilities will include:
As a Customer Support Agent - Junior Title Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our vehicle inventory moves to sale as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. On a daily basis, you'll handle a large volume of tasks, which will involve phone calls, emails, and internal support. You'll be problem-solving, handling conflict resolution, and building relationships with our partners' title clerks.
Outside of resolving documentation issues, you'll be responsible for notifying leadership when our reference materials need to be updated, and you'll share your knowledge of titles with our team so they're better equipped to deal with title-related inquiries.
