We're excited to offer this role as a maternity cover with a focus on the Cintra People HR customer base. The fixed term contract will run for twelve months. As a member of the Cintra Solvers team, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding customer experience across the organisation's entire client base. While you will focus on managing a specific group of clients, collaboration with the team is essential to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients, regardless of their purchased products. This role will be based either from our Newcastle or Milton Keynes office.
This will be a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn will be key in helping clients find the best solutions for their needs. You'll dedicate time to identifying at-risk clients, collaborating with colleagues across the business to address and escalate issues. Your deep understanding of your clients' needs will enable you to recommend products from the Cintra suite that best support their requirements.
You are an experienced Account Manager or Sales professional with a strong understanding of payroll and HR processes. You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients. You are confident using CRM tools and IT systems to manage accounts effectively and are proactive in learning about new technologies and industry trends. Your professionalism, integrity, and client-focused mindset ensure you consistently deliver outstanding service and support.
