About the role:
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Associate Account Manager to support sales efforts and strengthen key agent partnerships in the Northern California region. We are seeking candidates based in CA.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career, whether you're a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in a professional setting (insurance experience is a plus, but not required). In this role you'll work directly with a regional Account Manager, gaining hands-on experience in E&S insurance, sales, and relationship management.
Your mission is to support the growth of a regional book of business while learning the ropes of account management in the fast-moving, tech-driven world of E&S distribution. With time and experience, this role is designed to evolve into a quota-carrying Account Manager position.
$70,000 - $85,000 a year OTE
