Serves as a key support to the Dining Division by managing cross-functional projects and creating internal communications that drive alignment, field engagement, and operational consistency. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring teams have the timelines, and information needed to perform effectively.
Coordinate cross-functional projects including SAP, Recipe Collection, Team Projects.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and documentation to ensure execution and accountability.
Track and communicate progress using tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Produce clear, engaging internal content including the dining team: Newsletters, Newsflash, and Food Safety Tip.
Maintain and update the Dining Team Hub page.
Partner with departments across HR, Ops, Culinary, and ensure consistent messaging.
Coordinate projects such as SAP implementation tracker, Recipe collection and Team project initiatives.
Maintain project trackers, timelines, and follow-ups using Smartsheet to support execution and visibility.
Create and distribute internal content including Newsletters, Newsflash, and Safety tips. Manage and update the Dining Team Hub to ensure access to resources, tools, and communications.
Partner with operations, culinary, HR, and IT to streamline messaging and ensure consistent communication.
Develop branded materials and presentations using Canva, Smartsheet and PowerPoint.
Organize and facilitate recurring meetings to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.
Track action items and outcomes from meetings, integrating them into project plans and communication updates.
