Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing frontline inbound customer support for our customers order requirements across multiple sites.
From answering and resolving their order questions, preparing orders and managing stock allocations - there is a lot to do in this busy role.
To be successful in this role, you will have a calm and engaging communication style, with the ability to communicate across a variety of media platforms. You will enjoy working with a variety of customers over the phone and be confident in making outbound phone calls.
This position is Part time, 30 hours per week (negotiable). Hours: 8.30am to 3pm Mon-Friday
