Summer Internship - Customer Experience Analytics

PACCAR Parts is offering an exciting Customer Experience Analytics summer internship at its headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will assist dealer technical support in the Vehicle Support Center and learn about the Customer Experience process.

Get direct insight from leading industry professionals

Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers

Establish mentoring partnerships with leaders in Customer Experience

Acquire practical experience in a dynamic business setting

Interface with dealers and end customers to assist with business processes

Review and analyze transactional operations to identify improvement opportunities

Develop and update dashboards to visualize customer service data

Analyze problems to propose data-driven business decisions

Utilize SQL, Tableau, Snowflake and/or Python to provide business insights and automate processes

Lead or contribute to Six Sigma projects

Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Self-motivation and energetic personality

Team-oriented

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program

Junior or senior standing preferred
