Product Development Coordinator
Support product development by playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various new product projects. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for driving projects to successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist with developing project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resources. Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders. Provide regular project updates to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently. Monitor resource utilization to optimize productivity and address potential bottlenecks.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly assess and update risk assessments to ensure proactive risk management.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes. Generate and distribute comprehensive project reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget. Provide financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and idea sharing across the entire product development department. Address team conflicts promptly and facilitate resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project framework. Implement and measure the effectiveness of improvements to enhance project outcomes.
- User Satisfaction: Understand and prioritize user requirements to meet or exceed expectations. Seek user feedback and incorporate suggestions for continuous improvement.
Additional Position Requirements
Global: Work with the global product development teams to ensure global consistency in product, avoid duplication and utilize additional resource/dataset.
Meetings: Weekly Team Huddle: 15 Minute Updates from each team – Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Management
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in project management or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficient in project management tools and software. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Candidates must be in the Philippines.
40 Hours per Week - Start: 8:00am & Finish: 5:00pm EST. 1-Hour Lunch Break
