Customer Success Internship

Outsight's software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data. Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.

Our international team of scientists and engineers drive the development of our solutions from Paris, San Francisco, Sophia-Antipolis (Nice) & Hong Kong. To support our global outreach, we also operate a commercial office in Spain.

We are building the first Customer Success team at Outsight, dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve their goals with our product. As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, improving their experience, and contributing to the growth of our business. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of customer success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about customer relationships, problem-solving, and technology. You will gain hands-on experience in a scaling organization and have the chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they understand our product and its value.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales and Product teams to communicate customer needs and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Documentation: Help create and update customer-facing materials, such as FAQs, guides, and training resources.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform internal teams and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Projects: Participate in special projects aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Requirements for the Role

Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus). Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Passion for technology and customer success.
