National Account Manager
OTT Pay Inc. is an established, fully funded fintech company focused on delivering streamlined financial payment solutions. We are looking for a results-driven National Account Manager with proven experience in the payments industry to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new strategic partnerships, managing existing relationships, and driving adoption of OTT Pay's payment products at a national scale. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires regular onsite presence at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

How you will contribute:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with national key accounts in retail, hospitality, F&B, e-commerce, and other target sectors.
- Develop and execute exhaustive key account strategy plan. Negotiate and close large-scale commercial agreements to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to ensure sustainable growth.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations and closing deals with key target clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for national accounts, providing ongoing support, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong market awareness and continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding and solution delivery.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise, B2B, or key account management, preferably within payments, FinTech, or financial services in North America.
- In-depth knowledge of payment sales, including processing solutions, pricing models, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated success in closing large deals and meeting/exceeding ambitious sales quotas.
- Strong network within retail, hospitality, or financial services industries is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate complex payment solutions into compelling value propositions.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluency in French is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and strategically manage a sales pipeline with national accounts.
- Proficient in office software and sales management tools.
