The Account Manager, Facility Sales performs activities designed to generate new revenue and solidify existing business, while developing relationships and overseeing the experience of Sensplex user groups to ensure their total satisfaction. They act as a main point of contact for the primary stakeholders with each group. They also assist the Director of Sales in managing and optimizing the inventory of hours of Capital Sports Management Inc. (CSMI) facilities to ensure annual usage targets are exceeded. This position will work closely with internal and external user groups and stakeholders to maximize the usage of all CSMI facilities (ice, field, meeting rooms, other) and to generate additional revenue through sales of advertising and sponsorship properties for CSMI facilities and its various programs. This position will feature a combination of weekday and weekend hours of work to ensure timely client service and supervision of guest experience elements (approximately two weekends per month and sometimes more based on the needs of the business).
