Digital Technology Contact Center And Customer Experience Intern
As a Digital Technology Contact Center and Customer Experience Intern, you will support initiatives that improve how customers interact with our services by helping design and document use cases. Reporting to the Sr Director of Global Contact Center & Customer Experience, you'll work closely with the team to identify opportunities for faster, clearer, and more responsive customer transactions. This internship offers exposure to business analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.
In a typical day you will:
- Analyze customer interaction patterns to identify transactions suitable for improvement
- Draft use cases that describe changes to customer experience processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from multiple source systems
- Ensure that proposed automations improve responsiveness and deliver clear, actionable information to customers
- Participate in planning sessions to prioritize opportunities based on customer impact
- Document workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
- Interest in customer experience, digital transformation, and process improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset toward solving customer pain points
- Interest in various systems including SaaS solutions, Integrations, and AI
- A bilingual speaker is a plus
