Project Coordinator Jr. De Instalaciones

Job Opportunity

You are responsible for acting as a liaison between the company, contractors, and clients, ensuring the correct coordination of installation activities and the fulfillment of established deadlines. Your main mission will be to continuously monitor the status of work orders (OT), ensuring smooth communication between the parties and a positive experience for the client.

Functions:

• Coordinate the scheduling of installations between contractors and clients.
• Follow the complete cycle of work orders (from assignment to closure).
• Maintain constant communication with clients to inform them of progress, rescheduling, or incidents.
• Monitor the backlog of installations and prioritize critical or high-impact cases.
• Record and update internal systems (CXM, PORTAL TX, Excel, and tracking platforms) on the progress of each activity.
• Timely escalate blockages outside of your scope to technical or support areas.
• Ensure response times meet established SLAs.

Requirements:

• Educational background: University studies in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems, Administration, Logistics, or related fields (desirable, not exclusive).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in logistics coordination, work orders, operational support, or customer service (ideal in the telecommunications or technology sector).
• Basic knowledge in telecommunications, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
• Experience using ticket management tools or CRM platforms (e.g., CXM, PORTAL TX, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Advanced Excel skills for reports (pivot tables, basic dashboards).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet daily goals, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the country for field coordination (if applicable).
• Conversational English (desirable for contact with regional suppliers).
